Align Bottom

Let me introduce you to the Align Bottom feature on the P Shape tab P Shape tab.

With Align Bottom, you can neatly align the bottom positions of multiple shapes!

In PowerPoint’s default feature, shapes are aligned to the bottom position among the selected shapes.

How to Use

  1. Select one or more shapes in your PowerPoint presentation.
  2. Click the Align Bottom icon in the P Shape tab to align the bottom positions of the selected shapes based on the initially selected shape.
    ・If only one shape is selected, it will be moved to the bottom edge of the slide.

Please refer to the GIF image below.
After selecting the shape labeled ② in the middle, select shapes ① and ③.
Then, executing Align Bottom will align the bottom positions of all shapes based on shape ②!

This is a highly frequently used feature!
