Align Left

Let me introduce you to the Align Left feature on the P Shape tab.

With Align Left, you can neatly align the left positions of multiple shapes!

In PowerPoint’s default feature aligns shapes to the leftmost position among the selected shapes, this feature allows you to align positions based on the initially selected shape!

How to Use

  1. Select one or more shapes in your PowerPoint presentation.
  2. Click the Align Left icon in the P Shape tab to align the left positions of the selected shapes based on the initially selected shape.
    ・If only one shape is selected, it will be moved to the left edge of the slide.

Please refer to the GIF image below.
After selecting the shape labeled ② in the middle, select shapes ① and ③.
Then, executing Align Left will align the left positions of all shapes based on shape ②!

This is a highly frequently used feature!
